ARRIVAL AND KEY COLLECTION
Dear Guests,
Just a quick reminder about the arrival and key collection process, we look forward to meeting you at your holiday villa with the keys.
Apologies, one more reminder, please don’t forget to bring your balance that is due on arrival in Cash, unfortunately we have no other form of accepting payment.
To allow us time to prepare the villa for your stay, check-in time is from 4.00pm.
However, if you arrive earlier please ring us as per the instructions below, and we will let you know if there is any slight chance the villa will be ready any earlier. Please note: We will not know if this is possible until the day of arrival, because this will depend on departure times and cleaning schedules.
To avoid delay on your arrival please ring us as you are passing Tarragona if coming from Barcelona, or as you are leaving Reus airport. The journey time from Tarragona/Reus to our office is approx. 35mins. This should give us enough time to get to the villa to meet you.

If you would prefer to use our directions and meet at a central location, you can then follow us to the villa please use the following directions:
PLEASE DON’T FORGET……..Because we do not live on sight, to avoid delay on your arrival please ring us as you are passing Tarragona if coming from Barcelona, or as you are leaving Reus airport. The journey time from Tarragona/Reus to our office is approx. 35mins. This should give us enough time to get to the villa to meet you.
Directions from Reus airport:
Reminder: To avoid a delay in us meeting you, please phone us on 00 34 661 985 333 / 00 34 607 416 324 when you have picked up your car and are leaving the airport.
Tip: As you exit the car park, set your trip monitor to 0 km and use this to help follow the directions. Although please be aware the kms are a guide they cannot be 100% accurate due to variations in car park distances etc.
Km 0 Head for the exit of the airport (Sortida)
Km 0.8 At the T-JUNCTION turn RIGHT (Sign-posted TARRAGONA REUS)
Km 1.2 At ROUNDABOUT take 3rd Exit on to C14 (Sign-posted TARRAGONA AP7). Stay in Right hand lane.
Km 2.2 TAKE RIGHT FORK (sign-posted T11/C14 SALOU). KEEP LEFT C14 Salou, join main road. (You will be taking the next exit. Exit number 7).
Km 4.2 TAKE EXIT NUMBER 7 (sign-posted REUS SUD / SALOU C14). At ROUNDABOUT take 3rd EXIT (sign posted C14 SALOU).
Km 7.7 At ROUNDABOUT take 2nd EXIT (sign-posted A7 CAMBRILS CASTELLÓ).
Km 37 Road divides KEEP in LEFT LANE (sign-posted AMPOSTA CASTELLO N340). Continue on this single carriageway road.
Continue on the N340 at both roundabouts i.e straight on/2nd exit. Our office is approximately 600m past the second roundabout taking the exit for “Las Tres Calas”
Km 44 EXIT RIGHT at LES TRES CALES, then IMMEDIATELY RIGHT on to the CAR PARK in front of Interhome office, where we will meet you. Alternatively we can meet you directly at the villa.

Km 1.8 Leave El Prate Llobergat (for 1.8km)
Continue along: B-204 (1.8km)

Km 3.5 Continue along: C31 (for 1.5km)

Important at El Vendrell Take a Ticket - The motorway splits, STAY LEFT. The motorway splits at KM marker 212 (Kilometre makers on the side of the motorway). The motorway splits just after kilometre marker 212. To avoid heading in the wrong direction, move into the left hand lanes before the El Vendrell tolls.
Take a ticket at El Vendrell, you do not need to pay here, take the ticket to insert and pay at the next toll.
KM 61 Go into the Left Hand Lane sign posted Tarragona and Valencia.
KM 88 Continue along: E15/AP7 (for 34km).
Passing Tarragona (look out for kilometre market 246). DON’T FORGET to RING US on 00 34 661 985 333 / 00 34 607 416 324 from here so that we can make arrangements to get to the villa in time to meet you.
You will be exiting the motorway in approx.. 15mins at Exit/Salida 38, L’Hospitalet del Infant.

At roundabout take 1st Exit onto A7 (signposted AMPOSTA CASTELLO).
Km 129 Road divides KEEP in LEFT LANE (sign-posted AMPOSTA CASTELLO N340). Continue on this single carriageway road.

Pour nous laisser le temps de préparer la villa pour votre séjour, les arrivées se feront à partir de 16h.
Si vous arrivez après 16h – pour éviter les délais, veuillez suivre ces instructions simples. Veuillez nous appeler lorsque vous passez par Tarragona. Le temps de trajet entre Tarragona et notre Bureau prés 35min. Ceci nous permettra d'avoir assez de temps pour nous déplacer jusqu'au lieu de rendez-vous, et de vous éviter de devoir nous attendre.

Important à El Vendrell prenez un tiquet - L'autoroute se sépare en deux, RESTEZ A GAUCHE. L'autoroute se sépare en deux juste à la marque KM212 (marques de KM sur le bord de l'autoroute). L'autoroute se sépare juste
Après KM212. Pour éviter de prendre la mauvaise direction, mettez vous dans la voie de gauche avant le péage de El Vendrell.
Prenez la voie de gauche indiquée Tarragona et Valencia.
Continuez sur: E15/AP7 (pendant 34km).
Passant Tarragona (cherchez la marque KM246). N'OUBLIEZ PAS DE NOUS APPELER Veuillez nous contacter sur l'un de ces deux numéros:

Sortie à ce que nous soyons au bureau pour votre arrivée.
Vous allez quitter l'autoroute dans environ... 15 minutes, à la sortie /salida 38, L'Hopsitalet del Infant.

Au rondpoint prendre la première sortie vers A7(Signalé AMPOSTA CASTELLO).
La route se divise en deux, restez dans la voie de GAUCHE (suivre AMPOSTA CASTELLO N340). Continuez sur la route nationale. Continuer pour la N 340, pour les 2 rond-points prendre la deuxième sortie / tout droit. Notre bureau se situe environ 600m après le second rond-point, à la sortie de Las Tres Calas.
SORTEZ VERS LA DROITE A LES TRES CALES, puis DIRECTEMENT APRES TOURNEZ A DROITE pour accéder au PARKING nous rendez-vous.
